I see you sitting up with your kids at night. They are unable to sleep, worried about their parents safety.

I see you trying to keep your kids quiet so that your partner can sleep after a long night-shift.

I see you going to events alone, wishing they could be there with you.

I Hear You

I hear you telling your friends everything is fine when you know there is something wrong.

I hear you telling your kids their parent is going to be okay even if you are worried yourself.

I hear you calling into work again because you just need a day to yourself.

I hear you explaining to your kids why their parent has to work again, seeing the disappointment in their faces.

I Know You

I know you are overwhelmed, exhausted, and feel like you have a dark cloud hanging over your head.

I know you make excuses to not have to see anyone, isolating yourself from friends & family.

I know you put your own feelings and emotions aside to support your family.
